Privacy Policy

When you create an Enform account, we store your email address, name, and (if applicable) password hash. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email, name, and profile image from Google.

When respondents submit your forms, we store their answers and any metadata required to display the response to you (timestamp, completion state). We do not collect respondent identifiers beyond what your form explicitly asks.

We capture product analytics about how the application is used (page views, feature events) to improve the product. This data is aggregated and tied to your user account.

We use account data to operate Enform: authenticate you, send transactional emails (sign-in codes, response notifications, billing), and provide the form-builder service.

We use form-submission data only to deliver responses to the form's owner. We do not sell or share submission contents with third parties.

We use product analytics to understand usage patterns and prioritize improvements.

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate Enform. Each receives only the data needed for its function:

• Resend — sends transactional email (sign-in codes, password resets, response notifications, workspace invitations).
• Google — handles "Sign in with Google" if you choose that flow.
• Dodo Payments — processes subscription billing if you upgrade to a paid plan.
• PostHog — captures product-analytics events (no submission contents).
• Google Cloud Platform — hosts the application database, file storage, and backend.

You can export or delete your account data at any time. Email hello@enform.co with the request and we will action it within a reasonable period.

You can also delete individual forms or submissions from within the application; deletion is permanent.

Active account data is retained while your account exists. If you delete your account, we delete associated forms, submissions, and personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain billing records for tax or compliance reasons.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session. We use a small number of analytics cookies via PostHog to measure product usage. We do not use advertising cookies.
