Terms of Service

By creating an Enform account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You are responsible for activity on your account, including keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use Enform.

You retain ownership of the forms you build and the submissions you collect. We make no claim to your content.

You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service: to store, display, and process your forms and submissions for the purpose of providing Enform to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect any data your forms request from respondents, and for complying with privacy laws applicable to those respondents.

You may not use Enform to:

• Send spam, phishing attempts, or other deceptive content.
• Collect data in violation of applicable privacy or consumer-protection laws.
• Distribute malware or attempt to compromise other users' accounts or data.
• Resell, sublicense, or scrape the service in bulk.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that disrupt the service for other users.

Enform is currently in active development. Features may change, regress, or be added without notice. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uptime or data durability beyond commercially reasonable efforts (regular backups, monitoring).

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payments partner. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case via hello@enform.co.

You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your account for serious or repeated violations of these terms; in non-egregious cases we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to fix the issue.

Enform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms over time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
